I am a Ph.D student in Bioinformatics at Boston University focusing on enzyme homologue discovery, and aging research. Before my PhD, I was trained in Chemistry and Computer Science at University of Vienna, went deeper into it with two Master's degrees, one in Biochemistry and one in Computational Science at the University of Vienna. Worked on different cancer research in industry and at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. From PK/PD models to MD models of mutated KRAS to identification of the mechanistics of virus driven cancer. I also worked on personalized medicine techniques involving finger sweat measurements with LC-MS, from practical measurements to mathematical models for normalization strategies for future medical robustness. Here at BU I worked on aging research, virus research, enzyme homologues, and better scRNAseq and scATACseq mappings. Currently I am developing a software suite for finding enzyme homologues more easily. Always happy to connect!
